Cancellation Information
Cancellation Policy: All class payment is due in advance unless prior arrangements have been made or approval is given from the Health & Safety Services Director. If it is necessary for you to reschedule, please call at least 48 hours in advance of the class. We will be happy to reschedule you for our next available training.
Transfer Policy: If it is necessary for you to reschedule, please call at least 48 hours in advance of the class. With a 48 hour notice, we will be happy to reschedule you for our next available training at no extra charge. A $10.00 transfer fee will be incurred without a 48 hour notice.
Note(s): Class dates and fees are subject to change. Every attempt will be made to reschedule participants in a new class in the event of a cancellation. All classes are taught by authorized Red Cross instructors.
A 48 hour notice is required for all refund requests. A $10.00 processing fee will be retained by the American Red Cross for all refunds.
Note(s): If you do not attend your scheduled class, there will a $10.00 fee to reschedule.
